The testers in Thcoo Precision Measurement Laboratory include: CMM, ROHS, optical image measuring instrument, video microscope, metallographic microscope, metallographic polishing machine, metallographic inlaying machine and other industry-leading precision measuring instruments.

Product performance is the basis of product quality. Thcoo can provide a variety of performance testing services to test the hardness, material, tension, torque and other aspects of products. In terms of hardness testing, the laboratory is equipped with digital Brinell hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester and Shore hardness tester. The quality personnel shall use electronic universal testing machine, tension machine, spring tension and compression testing machine to conduct tensile resistance test on parts, and use digital display torque tester, torque wrench, etc. to conduct torque test. The product material composition can be analyzed by direct reading spectrometer.
